FAQ - Software \n\nApr. 15, 2005\n\nQ: How to solve the shifted horizontal lines in 640x480? \n\nA: \n\nThe interlace problem only happens in 640x480 resolution, however, since version 5.4 is released, we have a new function called De-interlace to solve this problem. This function applied both main system and viewlog. Please follow these steps to apply de-interlace to your Main System: \n\n1.Press Configure button in function panel, and select System Configure from menu. \n\n2.In the System Configure dialog box, select Enable De-Interlace Render in Startup section.\n

\n\n3.Press OK to apply the setup. \n\n4.Exit and restart the Main System. Without this step the function will not apply. \n\nIn the viewlog, you have to enable "use deinterlace render" for using this application.\n

\n\nYou may use De-interlace function to see the different of De-interlace before and De-interlace after as following picture. \n\n\nDe-interlace before: \n
