Q1: The way of backup audio/video files under Windows XP ? \n\n \n\nA1:\n\nStep 1: Right click on your CD-RW device, you will see the following dialog box:\n\n \nStep 2: After clicking "Properties", you will see the following dialog box: \n\n \nStep 3: Please make sure "Enable CD recording on this drive" is enable. \n\nStep 4: Insert a CD-R or CD-RW disc to the CD-RW device. \n\nStep 5: Press or select from the drop-down menu [log] > [backup], you will see the following dialog box: \n\n \nStep 6: Select the Media you want to backup to a hard disk drive. \n\nStep 7: Enter the desired starting time in "Start Time" and the desired ending time in "End Time" of the audio/video files you want to backup. \n\n \nStep 8: Press "OK", and you will see the following dialog box: \n\n \nStep 9: You will see the following dialogue box: \n\n\nStep 10: When the [Step 9] is completed, copy the backup folder to the CD-RW device. You will see the following image on the CD-RW device: \n \n\nStep 11: Select "Write these files to CD" from "File" menu. \n\n \nStep 12: After clicking "Write these files to CD", you will see the following dialog box: \n\n \nStep 13: After clicking "Next", you will see the following dialog box: \n\n \nSetp 14: After burning is completed, you will see the following dialog box: \n\n \nStep 15: You need to run the "EZViewLog500.exe" located in the root directory of your backup media, in order to view the backup video files. \n\n
